Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Aiqrdream (the “Platform”, “we”, “us”), operated at aiqrdream.com. By accessing or using the Services—including browsing, registering, creating QR codes, using AI generation/editing tools, purchasing memberships or AI credits, or creating dynamic QR links—you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and capable of entering a binding contract. You may not use the Services if you are prohibited from receiving them under applicable law, or if your account has been previously suspended for serious violations.

3. Description of the Services

Aiqrdream provides a multilingual creative platform that may include, without limitation: static and artistic QR design/export; AI art QR and related AI drawing tools; AI posters and avatar posters; AI smart image editing (style transfer, cutout, expand, watermark removal, and similar modes); image toolkits; dynamic/short-link QR codes with optional scan analytics; membership plans; AI credit packs; and related member-center features.

Features, limits, watermarks, and pricing may differ by plan and region and are described on the pricing and product pages. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

4. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use at [email protected].

We may require email verification and may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts that provide false information, pose security risks, or violate these Terms.

5. Underlying AI models (mandatory disclosure)

Our Services are content-generation products. Depending on the tool you use, generation or editing may rely on one or more of the following underlying technologies and providers (names and versions may be updated on product pages as we evolve the stack):

(1) ByteDance Doubao / Volcengine Ark — primary models for AI poster generation and AI smart image editing (for example, Doubao Seedream-class image models).

(2) Stable Diffusion (including ControlNet-assisted pipelines) hosted on GPU infrastructure such as AutoDL — used for AI art QR / AI drawing workflows that require scannable artistic codes.

(3) OpenAI-compatible GPT Image endpoints — used where enabled for certain image-generation or brand-asset tasks.

(4) DeepSeek — used for limited internal/content-operations text tasks, not as the primary user-facing image model.

We do not hide model identity behind vague phrases such as “AI technology” alone. Tool pages, pricing, or this section will state the mainstream provider/model family powering the relevant feature. Third-party model providers have their own acceptable-use rules; you must also comply with those when using the corresponding tools.

6. Content standards and prohibited categories (AIGC / UGC)

You are solely responsible for prompts, uploads, QR destinations, and outputs you create or distribute. You must not use the Services to generate, upload, host, link, or disseminate content that falls into any of the following prohibited categories:

(1) Pornography / NSFW. Sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene material, including non-consensual intimate imagery.

(2) Violence / gore. Graphic violence, gore, glorification of real-world harm, or content that promotes violent crime.

(3) Hate speech. Content that attacks, demeans, or incites discrimination or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.

(4) Child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Any sexual or exploitative content involving minors (anyone under 18), whether real or fictional/AI-generated. This is strictly forbidden and will be reported to authorities where required.

(5) Deepfakes / impersonation. Realistic depictions or audio-visual forgeries of real people used to deceive, defraud, defame, or without required consent/authorization; political deepfakes intended to mislead; identity theft.

(6) Copyright / trademark infringement. Unauthorized use of third-party copyrighted works, trademarks, logos, trade dress, or personality/publicity rights.

Additionally prohibited: malware, phishing, scam or fraudulent QR redirects; illegal drugs or weapons trafficking facilitation; terrorism or extremism; doxxing; spam/unsolicited bulk messaging; evasion of safety systems; or any other content that is illegal under applicable law.

We may refuse, remove, quarantine, watermark, rate-limit, or refuse to process content that appears to violate these standards, with or without prior notice.

7. User reporting channels

If you encounter content or an account that appears to violate these Terms (including illegal, infringing, or harmful AI-generated material), please report it promptly by emailing [email protected] with the subject line “Content Report”, and include: (a) URL or tool name; (b) account username if known; (c) description of the issue; (d) screenshots or generation IDs if available; and (e) your contact email.

You may also use the Contact page on the Platform. Good-faith reporters will not be penalized; knowingly false reports may result in account action.

8. Platform content review and enforcement

We operate a layered review process appropriate to a commercial AIGC platform:

Automated and provider-side filters. Certain AI endpoints apply upstream moderation (for example, automatic safety filters). Unsafe requests may be blocked before or during generation.

Human review of reports. Reports are triaged by our operations team. We aim to acknowledge or act on clear illegal-content reports within 72 hours where practicable (sooner for CSAM or imminent harm).

Enforcement actions. Depending on severity and history, we may: delete or disable content; revoke AI credits without refund; suspend or permanently terminate accounts; preserve evidence; and cooperate with payment partners or law enforcement.

Audit logging. We may retain operational logs, order records, and generation metadata reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, chargebacks, and legal requests.

We do not guarantee real-time human review of every generation. You remain responsible for your use of outputs.

9. User content and intellectual property

Subject to third-party rights and model-provider terms, you retain rights you already hold in original materials you upload and in outputs you lawfully generate. You grant Aiqrdream a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, and store that content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Services and to comply with law.

The Platform’s software, UI, branding, documentation, presets, and non-user content are owned by Aiqrdream or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape at scale, reverse engineer, or use them to build a competing service except as allowed by mandatory law.

You represent that you have all rights and consents needed for the content you submit (including likenesses of people) and that your use will not infringe others’ rights.

10. Membership, AI credits, and payments

Paid memberships and AI credit packs are digital services. Prices, benefits, validity, watermarks, and limits are shown at checkout and on the pricing page. Currency may be USD for international card checkout (for example via Waffo) or other currencies/channels via configured gateways (for example EasyPay for certain local methods).

By placing an order you authorize the selected payment provider to charge the displayed amount. Orders are fulfilled after successful payment confirmation (membership period and/or AI credits).

Refunds. Except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, digital memberships and AI credits are generally non-refundable once delivered or substantially performed. If a payment fails, is reversed, or a chargeback occurs, we may suspend benefits and claw back credits or membership days. Billing errors or duplicate charges: contact [email protected] with your order ID.

AI credits are consumed per successful or billable generation rules shown in-product. Unused credits typically do not expire unless stated at purchase; they have no cash value and are non-transferable.

11. Acceptable technical use

You may not: probe or breach security; overload or disrupt the Services; bypass rate limits, paywalls, or watermarks; harvest data systematically without permission; use automated bots except via documented APIs we expressly provide; or resell raw API access without authorization.

12. Third-party services

Payments, AI inference, hosting, and email rely on third parties. Their availability, latency, and policies are outside our full control. Outages or changes at those providers may affect the Services.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We strive for scannable QR output and reliable AI results, but we do not guarantee recognition on every device, camera, lighting, print process, or scanner app; nor that AI outputs will be accurate, unique, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular commercial use. You must verify critical QR links and review AI outputs before publishing.

14. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIQRDREAM AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) USD $50, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW (FOR EXAMPLE, DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE, OR FRAUD).

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Aiqrdream and its operators against claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your misuse of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

16. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these Terms, legal risk, non-payment/chargebacks, or security threats. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and content rules) will survive termination.

17. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be highlighted in-product. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you must stop using the Services.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of aiqrdream.com, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence apply. Courts or arbitration venues with competent jurisdiction over the operator may hear disputes, subject to those mandatory rights.
